I’ve been in real estate since 2018, and my career has taken me through almost every operational and leadership seat in this industry. I started on the phones as an Inside Sales Agent, learning lead generation and conversion from the ground up. From there, I became a Transaction Coordinator for a high-volume team handling 250+ closings a year, eventually stepping into the Director of Operations role for that same organization.

I’ve managed medium-sized teams for Keller Williams and was selected to lead the “Takeover Tampa Bay” initiative for eXp Realty — an opportunity that strengthened my skills in team development, systems, and scalable growth. Along the way, I’ve worked as a real estate admin, coach, and operations leader, giving me a full 360° understanding of how successful agents and brokerages function.

Today, I manage the residential office and the property management division at CENTURY 21 Elite Locations, where I focus on agent development, operational excellence, and helping our agents build predictable, momentum-driven businesses. My background allows me to coach from real experience — not theory — and my goal is simple: help every agent I work with succeed faster, with more structure, support, and clarity.
